How We Do It
Changing the Status Quo
ADEPS strives to break the glass ceiling placed on women by society by equipping them with the knowledge and resources to enhance not only their own lives, but also the lives of their families. Through skills-based workshops, organized community gatherings of like-minded women, and income generating activities (IGA), ADEPS empowers women to reach their highest potential.
Understanding that finance is one of the greatest obstacles in the region, ADEPS provides start-up capital for women interested in IGA, bringing their business ideas to life and creating a sustainable and meaningful source of income.
What We’ve Accomplished
We’re Just Getting Started
We believe in the strength of women and push for equity for women. Our goal is to support women as they reach their greatest potential. Since the start of ADEPS Women Empowerment programs in 2009, we’ve carried out 720 workshops and community engagement sessions, and we’re just getting started.
With your generous donations, ADEPS can continue to provide vulnerable women with training and capital to start their own business, creating sustainable support for themselves and their families.
